Cute, personalized and amazing customer service

I got this as a gift for my niece for Eid. Unfortunately I put the wrong address and I had issues receiving the package, mostly my fault and the local delivery company. I reached out and the customer service was exceptional, they were able to send back the package! I highly recommend it it’s such a thoughtful gift!

Bad customer service

The doll is lovely but arrived late and the customer service is terrible so be cautious if something happens to your order they do not answer your emails no matter how many emails you send them.

Cute and informative

I am very happy with this purchase. My daughter loves this doll and has learnt the Bismillah song by heart. This is very useful in introducing kids to Islam.

Don't waste your money

Didn't come in time for eid. Asked to cancel my order instead. They made me pay for delivery instead. Absolute shambles!

Never received

Shipped. Arrived to my city then returned to sender. Contacted multiple times after spending over $100, they wanted me to pay a re delivery fee and have yet to refund or answer multiple follow up messages.
Matching dolls with backpacks plus shipping and never arrived at all!
