I also purchased the Little Mahmoud version for her 6-year-old twin brother. While his prayer feature did work, the design relies on a separate remote—which, unsurprisingly for a young child, was lost almost immediately. Without it, the toy becomes essentially unusable. A more child-friendly, integrated system would make a big difference, as expecting young children to keep track of a small remote isn’t very realistic.
I hope the company can improve both product reliability and the ease of their customer support process, as well as consider more practical designs for young children.
